Caffeine in the coke have completely absorbed by your body, resulting in your blood rising, your pupils starts to dilate, and even your liver responds by dumping plenty sugar into your bloodstreams. During this process, the receptors in your brain are blocked which stops you from being drowsy.
After 60 minutes
The phosphoric acids keeps magnesium, calcium and zinc in your lower intestines which gives a temporary boost to your metabolism. The caffeine’s diuretic properties also makes you feel the need to relieve yourself.
According to some research its recommended to drink water instead of taking that can of coke or any other soft drink.
